Been using this place for over 15 years, went today and specifically asked the owner to use the jet wash under my sills, he said "yes brother no problems" paid, they washed my car but didn't do under the sills... Asked him again and he said "no sorry we don't do that" after literally just saying he would before I paid, got very aggressive and banned me from ever going there again. AVOID THESE COWBOYS THEY BLATANTLY LIE
Would not recommend. You queue up and they take payment and put degreaser on wheels. Then they do a very lazy rinse with power washer and they miss so much. Then the conveyor takes you inside the auto wash and it does a great job at pretending to wash. Then off u go.
Will never go there anymore. He said normal pre-wash is not included with triple foam voucher while it's included everywhere else. He also somehow speeded up my wash I think so he has to stop the rail at the end to prevent hitting the car in front. The rails were moving too fast in compare with other places. Took probably 1-2 minutes in total. after that my car is like I haven't washed the car. So rubbish wash. He was also too rude. Absolutely disappointed with this branch.
My review is to the owner there is a small guy working few days in a week he is disrespectful and customers must be served with respect second each time been there that small guy wa he is doing during the wheel wash he got just water in the bottle and sprays on the wheel just water customer are thinking there is cleaning product in and that why there are more complaints respect our money
