Bought some board to make book cases. Great advice from Jack and all cut to size by him. Saved me several hours and made the job so much easier. Best service I've had from a large company for years. Thanks Jack!
I have been using B&Q for many years and several years ago opened a trade point account and purchased a kitchen for a property I was renovating. As I had spent several thousands of pounds in a short space of time I was given a 10% discount on my trade card, this was great as I was spending a few hundreds of pounds a month with them. Unfortunately this discount doesn’t last and as I wasn’t spending so much the discount dropped to 5% so I started buying from elsewhere. The discount was then completely removed so hardly ever use the place now as I get better discounts from other retailers in the area. If I do come in I tend to use the B&Q loyalty card as I can get vouchers and money off my next purchase. They should offer 10% off for all Tradepoint card holders like other retailers do.
Great staff and products. Toilets are like 'the bogs' in the 80's as a child. Needs sorting desperately! The car park surface has obviously been bombed in the war and needs tarmacing
