Very friendly, helpful staff. Good parking and easy access to store. Store is very large with a good range of products, anything they dont have can be delivered there.
I like Homebase but always feels deserted. Staffing seems minimal and struggle to find anyone around the store other than behind the customer service desk. Tills are rarely on when I visit and all sales seem to be put through on the customer service desk, ofcourse this doesn't affect the experience but just doesn't feel bustling and welcome compared to other stores that sell the same products.
Indoor plants and outdoor plants.. kitchen thing is very nice. Very nice sofa cover and kids sofa very cute.
Good store, easy to get to, clean and tidy. Help full staff. The staff there was so nice that he helped me look for the colour of paint I wanted and helped me choose and saved me money with his advice.
What an awful place. I went on Saturday to purchase some heathers. The plants outside were a total DISGRACE. Had to ask a staff member to change a plant because in the darkness I didn't notice it was BROWN. His attitude (Steve) was just rude, rude, rude. The whole place was dark, felt like we needed a tourch. Staff looked fed up and borred. Horrible experience i will not visit this store again.
