Your service is shockingly disgusting! Been insured with you for over 10 years and what do I get for your shabby service! Hung on the line for over 2 hours now and noone has bothered to answer me. Your happy to take my over priced insurance ever year though aren't you! Well for my loyalty I'm off with the rest of the customers you don't bother getting back to. You've gone down hill in my estimation and if you can't be bothered to speak to your customers then I can't be bothered to use your shoddy services anymore. Your a waste of effort. Good riddens.
Appalling House Insurance "plus". Just don't make a claim !! The personal and cultural standards of their deceptive and deceitful "claims handler" will astound you. Anything goes to avoid paying out!!! Disrespectful to those of normal,decent, honest standards...... The claims are actually handled by UK Insurance. .....they have around a 2 star rating on Trustpilot.... Cheap and nasty... AVOID AVOID.
been with them for years never made a claim ,my frezzer packed up all my food i had to throw in the bin ,i filled it up ready for when i come out of hospital next month to save asking anyone to shop for me ,i am no spring chicken anymore 73 age ,been trying 4 days to speak to a human with no luck ,my next step is there head office in brum ,they are a waste of space
