I am writing review from our Administrator Account for my business. (hence the odd name master administrator) Had no problem with Stewart miller when setting up, used them for few years and prices were decent. That's until some one damage our van and drove off. (this was around OCT 2021, Since initially discussing the claim i received barely any correspondence, having to chase it up to then be told that nothing can be done and apparently "no cameras in the area" as stated by Birmingham council (odd, i live in the area and i gave them the exact camera number). Either way, the few emails i got months later was just to see if i wanted to claim against my own policy, not helpful in the slightest. i will 100% be changing providers as soon as my renewal is up.
