Currently on the phone to these guys trying to connect wo I COULD PURCHASE INSURANCE. I was told i will get a call back but i knew a million percent i wasn't going. I could have bet my house on it i wasn't and i didn't. All i wanted to do was discuss my renewal and oay for the insurance. I am currently on the phone bow from 4pm and nobody is answering the phone. I am trying to give YOU my money to be insured. Very poor service but then again from previous reviews i shouldn't be surprised. Even the reception lady sounded abrupt and rude. Utterly ridiculous
