Been going here for about a year now and this is the second time I have left with my hair a completely different colour to what I wanted. Went in Saturday for my root colour and cut. The colour I had on my previous 2 appointments hadn't been noted down on the system and the wrong colour has been put all over my hair. These pictures are taken 6 weeks apart. I've now been left with dark brown red roots and uneven patchy colour everywhere else.
Dalel is honestly the best hairdresser you could have. Iv been her client since I first went and loved the outcomes every time I visit. She is a miracle worker on hair and helps you achieve the colour you like. For me personally she was very supportive in helping me choose a colour for my hair that suits my complexion. My whole family, workplace and friends loves the results every time I walk out of Regis and always get complimented. I have recommended her to everyone who asks. She gives the best advice in helping maintain the hair colour and treatment. Also she has great customer service skills and made me feel comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. Each of my appointments I look forward to and always have a laugh with her.
