Poor customer service for shoes. No staff found upstairs even after being radio by downstair staff. Even when you do found a person they take like 15mins to get shoe out for you. In total it takes half an hour to try on a per of shoes. There is clearly a management issue at this branch.
Awful experience, if I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The manager was arrogant and the service was terrible. Finding staff is a scavenger hunt, and the prices were incorrect labelled. Asked someone to look for some shoes out the back and we waited 10 minutes before coming back saying they 'forgot', is it really that difficult. Don't come here, even if it's your last resort for something, unless you want to be helped by a useless staff team.
Went into the store today couldn’t find any workers to help me with getting a trainer however when I went towards the swimming section I had found 4 workers hanging around a stand talking to each other
One till open on a bank holiday Monday! Poor lad was rushed off his feet with a queue wrapping all around the shop floor … i heard him call several times for help but his request went unanswered … two staff members putting clothes away rather than actually serving customers! Surely that’s the end game?!
