TRAGEDY!!!! NOTHING WORKS NOBODY ANSWERED ON THE HOTLINE AND WHEN THEY ANSWERED THEY CAN'T CHECK ANYTHING AND THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING!!!! SALES STORES THE SAME!!! YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT AND THEN THEY DO NOT HELP WITH ANYTHING!!!! HOTLINE AND SHOPS REFER TO A WEBSITE THAT IS ETERNALLY NOT WORKING TRAGEDY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Went in to get new phone. Hate it when they do technology talk and make you feel stupid but Ashley did not do that. Straight forward, helpful guy. Got just what I wanted. Made recommendations about using data roaming when abroad. Very helpful, will definitely visit this shop again next time.
