Absolutely fantastic,breath taking gardens,and a really relaxing atmosphere. Just loved it. Plenty of places to sit,if you struggle to walk.

We had a lovely pet workshop today with a lovely patient lady called Jen. I had 5 children with me aged from 1 to 13 years old. We petted the Guinea pigs and fed the fish. We learnt lots of interesting facts too. The children were given a goodie box to take home. Thank you so much Jen
Very helpful when picking a Halti. I was on crutches and also had forgotten my glasses, Glynis (I think) dropped everything and looked after me. Super grateful
We popped in to the store ,looking for a specific type of bed for each of my dogs. We had a good look around ,but couldn't make up our minds . The young lady there Jenni , came across and asked us what it was we needed and straight away led us to what was the most suitable bed ,to match our requirements !. She could not have been more helpful , she really listened to what we were needing ,and did not push us into anything , which is quite unusual as some pet shops !. She was just so knowledgeable about their products an so kind . She asked us if we had their app , to which we replied ,that because of us being older and Technophobes , we woudn't be able to do it . Jenni then took us to another member of the team , made sure she explained to the lady (Laura) , that we were in need of help with the app . before leaving us . Laura too was so kind , explaining everything to us ,getting us the app . (and the discount ) . We cannot recommend this store highly enough ,the customer service ,being second to none . Well done Pets at Home ,we will definitely , be seeing you again !.
