    The pharmacy is always very busy. I would like to say a big thank you to Miri, she is a credit to the company, always happy and very helpful. Anne too has worked there for some time and is always helpful. One minus point though the telephone is not often answered which leaves the customer having to go in person to the pharmacy, this is very frustrating.

    Has gone dramatically downhill on the last year or so. I get that there are huge supply issues on imports to the UK, but this pharmacy can't keep on top of things. Prescriptions will take weeks or months to fill, items will be on order indefinitely, substitute items will also need to be ordered. Items may well be in the shop but the staff cannot find them, if you get an IOU note, gaurd it with your life because there is a good chance the computer will say they dispensed it already. The staff turnover seems very high and you'll need to set aside about half an hour to manage any visit. The only thing this place has going for it are the opening hours. We can only hope the late license gets switched to the other shop to save the locals from the dread each visit brings.

    Just witnessed a vile interaction between this pharmacy and a customer. The staff handled it amazingly and I felt terrible for the two young ladies serving this customer who was violently swearing at them. There are very few places who have staff with this much patience- a big shout out to all the staff. Really feel like this place doesn’t get the accolades it deserves, a true community gem

    Told they offered a flu jab and you didn't need to book an appointment in advance yet turned away. Very poor service and experience. Staff just seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Wish I'd looked at other Google reviews before making the journey.

    Absolutely awful customer service and professionalism. Needed an emergency item and 111 told me to go here as was open until 11pm. Phoned from 10pm onwards and no answer. Arrived at the location to two young female staff members who firstly didn’t open the door and clearly wanted to watch the clock until closing time. After knocking consistently they finally opened and clearly had disturbed their dinner as they were eating a takeaway as the delivery driver was stood chatting away. This was clearly a priority over helping customers. Was told they didn’t answer the phone as they maybe were on another call. Absolutely shocked by the service we received which was very dismissive and was in disbelief especially as someone who works in healthcare.
