I went here for Pakistani remedies as it’s called “Pak pharmacy”. I was expecting to be told to get a head maalish and maybe some cold water poured on it…instead they just gave me paracetamol. I also had an ulcer on my lip but they didn’t even stock kamal maalam. From now on I will only visit Al Shifa pharmacy
The guy in this store yelled at a homeless man threatening him that people are complaining that you are demanding payment and it's up to them if they want to give you there work money and if you beg here again you won't be allowed here. He was so self centred and arrogant homeless or rich that was not brotherly respect and there are people who can't get jobs due to unemployment and can't access affordable homes so who are we to judge just respect everyone man and don't be another selfish aggressive junk to the public and cause a scene.
The service this Pharmacy provides is amazing. The staff inside are great and so are the drivers who deliver the medicines. on a few occasions some of the medicines were not in stock when i went in and they were delivered to my home the same day. I used to live in alumrock and my repeat medicines were delivered on time every month and now that i’ve moved to B34 Shard End their still always on time. Myself and my parents couldn’t thank them enough ????
Terrible pharmacy with poor work ethics and no humanity. The strep A circulation has caused a shortage in supply of antibiotics but that doesn't justify what these lot do. On the first occasion my child was given antibiotics and when I went collect, I only got one bottle for a 10days course!! They never made an indication if it was out of stock or what I should do. The second time I was prescribed 200ml antibiotics for my other child and the two pharmacist were whispering and one of them said that keep one bottle to the side. I asked how much will I be receiving and he said only 100ml. I asked him to return the prescription, as there was NO indication whatsoever when or if the second 100ml will be available to collect on day 5. He never clarified this. I went to asda and they were very clear about when I should come back for the second bottle. This pharmacy has a tendency to give only parts of the prescription and not informing the patient.
This pharmacy is absolutely great. I cannot fault it in anyway, they go over and beyond for their customers/patients. I’ve never had any problems or issues with them ever. Highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I’ve moved surgeries as their customer service was horrendous but never moved pharmacies as their customer service is 10/10. All the staff are professional and treat you with respect and dignity
