This is one of the finest pharmacies in the Hall Green and surrounding areas. The staff are friendly and professional and very keen to assist you with anything you require. My final note is that the pharmacist himself is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fabulous service today. I didn’t realise HRT was exempt. I’d already payed for my prescription, the pharmacist advised me to download the form from the NHS website. Call back with the code and he would refund me. Amazing service. Thank you so much.
Christmas day. My dad had forgotten his diabetes and angina medication. 111 were not help and only wanted to send paramedics out - which would have been a waste of time and resources. Other pharmacies were advertised as open but were closed and we finally found this one. The pharmacist was extremely helpful in his advice and support in gaining the medication and not overcharging for a prescription. Thank you for helping in a very stressful and anxious situation.
