Slow. After ordering my meds . Leaving it for 3 days, my 1st visit it was not ordered. they ordered my med, left it for a few days, went back and still had no tablets. I'm not impressed. As it medication that my body needs... I went to superdrugs store in the Grove shopping centre and ordered my medication from there. Within 3 days I had my medication.
Called for urgent advise as administered eye drop B instead eye drop A. The pharmacist was very helpful and understanding. She took time to listen, plan before giving advice. Thank you so much.
The pharmacist was not the best to talk too. I didn’t really feel comfortable talking to him , but I honestly do thank him for giving me directions to another pharmacy that had my prescribed medication.
Was rude sucking his teeth, terrible customer service, unfriendly, calling me names, AVOID AVOID AVOID, threw my prescription on floor assaulted me and called police saying I was racist when in fact he has a racist heart full of hate. A man who hates everyone. He needs the love of Jesus Christ in his heart he needs to repent and change his attitude become a born again Christian and spread the love of God not the hate of a grumpy old man.
