Had 33,000 leaflets we wanted distributing over the Solihull and Sutton Coldfield areas. I spoke with John on the phone and also over Email and he made the whole process very easy. From the first initial phone call to payment to delivery and it all took under an hour. Am very grateful for the company's efficiency and can happily say our leaflets will be out for delivery within the next week. These guys have just been amazing, a breath of fresh air. I was very apprehensive as I have had many bad experiences in the past. We had a a few conversations over the phone, we placed an order for 50k leaflets. They were delivered as promised. A seamless and efficient ordering process. Here is the interesting part! The customers came into our clinic “ clutching “the leaflets. As a business owner, it was heartwarming to see ???? So we actually saw the leaflets in person. the finish of the leaflets was pristine. We had them printed by Look Local too. They clearly delivered on their word and the phone has been ringing. A word of advice though. Customers do not always respond immediately so don’t let that put you off. They hold onto the leaflets and do not get in touch until a few weeks/ months after they first received the leaflet. We noticed the phone ringing/enquiries I would say from a good week after the delivery had been completed and distributed. So patience is key here! I have done all types of marketing, google, online, ppc, buying leads, call centre and leaflet distribution with other companies. Nothing has been as positive as using LookLocal in Solihull. These guys are pros! A huge thank you to John, Matt and Julie. Pleasure doing business with you and I can certainly say I will be using your services on a regular basis. ????????????
