Some of the most skillful and knowledgeable staff I’ve met in the sector. Went in after losing a spare key and after being told by my landlord the keys weren’t copyable. Within 5 minutes I had 3 new keys, a cup of tea and 3 chocolate digestives. Their friendly and flexible nature went along way. 10/10 would run there in an emergency again.

I really don’t like posting negative reviews, however: I ordered a lock mechanism from LKS, as my garage side door lock had failed and this was clearly a security concern. I received an email confirming my order and another email stating that the order was being processed. After a week I emailed LKS requesting an estimated delivery date. After no response was received, I finally phoned the company. I was eventually informed that my order had been automatically cancelled. I had received no communication and still haven’t. The only positive was that the refund was received a few days later. No delivery, no communication and no apology. I have since ordered and received one from another company within three days.
