The customer service was very good. There was a delay which was not their error and they were very helpful and worked hard to make sure that it got to me on time for an event. Lovely, friendly team. The outfits themselves are absolutely beautiful. I was nervous to order online for the first time but they’re stunning and wonderful quality!
I'll admit it About Appelle Fashion, I was a bit anxious about ordering my wedding dress online. But it's arrived and it is perfect. It's absolutely gorgeous, exactly as per the photos and with extra details I didn't expect like tiny press studs on the sleeves to fit the wrist better. Nice long zip down the side and made exactly to my custom measurements. I think it definitely helped to follow up the order with an email with my measurements so that I could be more confident that they were followed. They were able to line all the see through material for me within the price of the custom stitching which I was very happy about. Wide selection of products. Item did not take long to arrive. Item felt nice on, heavy which I like. Got lots of compliments. The design doesn't look exactly like the photo - not as much embroidery. It was custom made so perhaps some variation is to be expected. They do charge extra depending on bust size. The website says free delivery over £100 but this is not true. One of the stones fell off as soon as I tried it on. Very responsive customer service which I appreciated. Appelle Fashion United Kingdom
This is the second time I have ordered from Appelle Fashion and really pleased with the quality of stitching and fabrics used.
