Brought 4 brand new tyres one is gone flat and they won't bother doing anything about it if you don't have insurance. 400 plus quid for tyres and 1 month later had to replace the tyre after being rejected by Halfords. Never using them again. Better off getting used tyres from my local they last longer than this and less than half the price. Absolutely livid ????
Never answer the phone, never tell you when your vehicle is done. Terrible customer service
Absolutely wonderful! I visited with my daughter (5) to service her bike. Chris was more than happy to help us, he offered to help me take the bike into the shop, but my daughter wanted to wheel it in herself. I had booked a 12:00pm appointment thinking that the checks alone would take 30 minutes. But NO! speedy Chris noticed many issues with the bike, the brakes, the wheels, the tyres (yikes! I'm glad we visited! ) and within 30mins he had the bike in tip top shape! We were out by 12:34! I couldn't be more pleased, we also bought a few items and he took the time to explain how to use them correctly. His colleague Jav was also wonderful and a bubbly man! Thank you very much! We'll be back as I need a new bike for my son and would like to book a service for my eldest daughter's bike. Did I say, the store has a massive range of bikes and accessories!? Yup they do! And with such friendly and helpful staff, you know you'll get the best advice. Small note: Google Maps would send you into oblivion trying to reach this store when using the address : "Unit G, Kingsbury Rd, Birmingham B24 9QB". You'll find a better result inputting : "Ravenside Retail Park" instead
